The crankshaft repair services onsite are offered up to 700 mm in diameter. The crankshaft grinding and crankshaft polishing equipment used by us is portable and lightweight. The equipment is carried by our technicians as accompanied baggage. This is allowed by airlines all over the world. The fact that our equipment is compact, lightweight, and easy to carry saves time and our technicians reach power-generation plants or vessels anywhere in the world in a short time.

The grinding and polishing of the crankshaft is done strictly as per the manufacturer’s specifications and tolerance. Generally, they are maintained within 20/30 microns with a surface finish of less than 15 RA value.
