- Crankshaft grinding and polishing: Our present capacity of crankshaft grinding & polishing is up to 700 mm in diameter. The small diameter crankpin from 30 mm dia.
Onwards can also be repaired.
- Main journal and crankpin bearing: Standard & undersize bearings of popular make of engines are maintained in stock to avoid delay in commissioning of the engine after grinding.
- Crack repair services: We undertake repair of damaged & crack engine components of cast steel, bronze, and aluminium by metal locking and metal stitching process.
- Rebabbitting of bearings: We undertake rebabbitting of old bearings up to 1500 mm diameter. New bearings as per the drawing are also manufactured.
- Engine overhauling services: Team of engineers trained in reputed engine manufacturer plants like Wartsila, Caterpillar, Cummins, mirrlees blackstone, etc are available for overhauling, repair shifting of engines.
- Engine spares: Engine spares of different make are available in stock or are arranged through our associates based all over the world.
